Bleeding at 12 weeks
Hey everyone I've been constantly bleeding when I wipe for the last three days and I've passed a few tiny clots (about the size of a poppy seed)
I've been wearing pads but nothing has ever made it onto the pad.
I am cramping slightly but the hospital did an ultrasound and baby's heartbeat was there so they checked my cervix and its closed.
Help me please, has anyone else had this??
