So I am 16, and he is 19. 
I was not sober and I was tired as fuck. 
I said no the first 5 times but he kept begging so I just gave in. When I started to fall asleep he'd touch me so I knew if I didn't say yes he'd do it anyway. So I just gave in I guess, I didn't say yes verbally but I just kinda let it happen. 
Is it rape? Please help.
