My first TTC with OPK please help Ladies 😇

The first and second one are from yesterday morning and afternoon, right after that ,I had a BD . But this morning just now i took it again and the result is the last one ( at the bottom), what should I do? I had already BD once yesterday, should i do BD again now?  I heard that you should do a BD once in every 2 days(on the other day) because it'll produce a better sperm.. I'm afraid if i don't do it now but tomorrow the test won't be look like that ( two line)  .. also what if i do it now but it won't bringg anything because maybe my SO doesn't have enough quality for producing sperm? What should I do?
