I struggled with this same thing. Have you talked with your boyfriend about this? When this happened to me when my husband and I were first dating, oddly enough he was the one who gave me the advice: relax. Sex is supposed to be beautiful and enjoyable. If you're feeling tense about not being able to cum your whole body is tense and that is probably why you can't. If you're with someone who cares about you and that you can trust, just relax and let it go. Knowing your body is important, and it's totally normal to feel like you might accidentally pee. My suggestion is to try stimulating yourself in the shower or bathtub and just relax and let it build up and finally (hopefully) to a wonderful release.
