I stopped in at work the other day to say hi to my coworkers. I'm currently on mat leave and brought my baby in with me. My one coworker snatched up the baby right away (almost 10 months) and gave her a kiss on the cheek. I looked over at her and she had this huge cold sore on her lip. I was livid. Who's honestly stupid enough to kiss a baby (or anyone) when you have a cold sore! I was so stunned that it just happens that all I could do was say "no kissing!!" and wiped her face off with a bum wipe and put a tiny bit of sanitizer on her face. I wish I would have said something in regards to not kissing her because of her cold sore. Instead she just got away with it and now I fee like a bad Mom 😔.
