I just wanna walk!
I seriously just want to start going on walks. I had planned to walk 3-5 times a week, a few miles each time.
Well, unfortunately a week ago my body seemed to disagree with what I wanted because I stepped off the front porch I've walked off a thousand times and my ankle bent in a way it definitely shouldn't have which resulted in a class two foot sprain. It's been a week and my foot is still swollen, bruised and hurts to walk on.
I really just want it to heal so I can start walking.. I hate this "taking it easy" shit..
