Help me darlings! I have a sleeping problem... I can never go to sleep early no matter how sleepy I am. I have a 3yo, so sleeping pills out. After a good 🍆I'm wide awake, so sex out. What can I do? This shit exhausting y'all!

3 am here... Had a really bad day... Worked third shift four months ago quit... That shit messed me up.  Tonight I feel completely upset n can't sleep. Trouble in paradise for me. Although he took it back he also said we were thru tonight. I'm confused n hurt n feeling like I don't belong in his house... Hence being completely awake... I hate running a schedule like this. My truck I seriously just bought rear end locked up... Its in shop n I'm w out a car or way to work or grocery store... Bought 12k truck 33 days ago...

Maybe try drinking some camomile tea in the eve and before bed the warmth and also the camomile should help sooth you to feel more relaxed. I have a 2 yr old and trouble sleeping but this helps me fall asleep.
