Sugar cravings
Is anyone else suffering with sugar cravings?! As in that is ALL they want to eat! I just can't seem to stop and it's all I want. A week or two I thought - 'so what' but now its entering week 4 and my weight gain is getting a little out control. More importantly I am starting to worry about the impact this diet is having on the little munchkin. I realise I can implement some will power but quite honestly that is all used up on the not smoking, not drinking, no sushi, no blue cheese, limited caffeine etc etc etc.
Am I missing something else in my diet? Any advice would be much appreciated!
