Waist 👎🏾 Thighs

For the past two weeks I've got rid of 4 pair of jeans. Basically I'm a 10 uk size (us-6)it fits my thighs and my waist perfectly but it doesn't last for a week , if I bend down it rips.😂😂🙈. So I've then decided to wear a size 12uk size (us-8) it fits my thights perfectly but it's too wide for my waist. I have to pull it up every two steps which is very uncomfortable. I spend a lot of money on jeans, shops like topshop, Zara etc. Im not a fun of belts I find too uncomfortable . Have you guys had a similiar experience  or any suggestions?
