I used to take shakes but more for the nutrients as I wasn't eating regular meals, so I found a shake easier to have in the mornings to make sure I was getting in breakfast. I always find my weight easier to manage when I eat small meals throughout the day, some days I wasn't even reaching my target for calories and then other days I would eat way too much.

Also the shakes are a set amount of calories so it was easier to keep track.

Fastin works well.. Curbs your appetite.. Makes it so your not hungry.. Downfall is can make your heart beat fast if you are not used to caffeine.. The pill is white with blue speckled dots on it.. I tried it before I got pregnant and lost 8 pounds in almost 2 weeks.. I believe it is 45.00 on Amazon.. Oh another FYI don't eat greasy foods it will give you the shits..
