TWW and Sore Throat

We're now in our two week wait. We didn't do the every other day thing and we're having sex as much as possible as soon as AF started to lighten up. I very rarely get a cold let alone just a sore throat. I'm just a few days passed O and my throat has been hurting something awful for the last few days. No other cold symptoms just the sore throat. I've read somethings online but trying not to get my hopes up. Has anyone else had this during the TWW or am I just crazy and jumping on the over analyzing bandwagon?
