Early scan

Hi everyone... I had an early scan today due to previous miscarriage. If i worked out the dates from my last period correctly.. I am 6 weeks pregnant today. I had an early internal scan and was told the sac was visible and I had thick lining on my uterus (which she said is good) but all that was in the sac was a pin prick size dot! She has booked me back in for another scan next week... Should I be worried? Thanks
