So, this was something I never knew about pregnancy...
So, based on the reading I've done, it's not uncommon for pregnant women to experience issues with their gums. Mine are a mess, and they were totally fine prior to pregnancy. On two (only two, it's so weird) of my bottom teeth, my gums have totally receded and are causing me a ton of pain. I've tried to avoid aggressive brushing, flossing and using mouthwash everu day, but no relief. It seemed to happen almost overnight!
Is there anything I can do to stop or reverse this issue at home before I try a dentist (I don't love my dentist, or the one my husband goes to, so it's going to be a production I'd like to avoid if possible)?
