Hypnobirthing

So I'm reading the Hypnobirthing book and kind of doing a self study. The book has the CD with it, but I have no easy way to play a CD. 😑 Is there any way that you guys know of to get the soundtracks by podcast or iTunes or something a bit more accessible?

Anyone who has birthed with this technique, feel free to share your experience as well!
