Do you girls go by glow for your ovulation day or do you go old school and count 14 days after the start of your last period???

Along with Glow I use an app called Ovia. Both are pretty accurate for me. You can log anything however you want, but nothing is more accurate than your own body. If you feel slight cramping about two weeks after the end of your period (give or take a few days) you should notice your CM getting wetter and showing up in your undies. Mine is clear and wet (like egg whites) when I'm ovulating. This is supposedly the best time to Get it on! Though I suggest doing it every other day in the fertile window, which is about one week (9 days) after your period ends. Semen live for quite a while once they are inside trying to find the egg, so intercourse every other day is plenty. The "fertile window" is really just suggestions for the best time to have sex in order to conceive, not necessarily the days you might be ovulating, since ovulation occurs right at the end of the fertile window.

Opk's and cervical mucous. Logging all of that into glow gives me a pretty good window. Although last time glow said I ovulated 2-3 days earlier than i actually did. I'm a late ovulator (32 day cycle).
