Has anyone had a scheduled c-section?

So i have my second c section scheduled for May 24th at 5:30a.m. With my first son i went into labor before the scheduled time! So as i was setting the date and time the dr. Told me it wouldnt be until 9 am for the surgery, why such a long wait time (i kind of just want to get it over with)

I had this with my daughter the whole experience was so amazing the best thing ever.... The days/weeks that followed were a bit more tricky best tip don't let the pain kick in x

With my third child I had a schedule csection but she came 4 hours before her csection . This one I'm hoping for a csection

I have. They wanted me at the hospital at midnight and didnt do surgery till 9. I think its cause they want to make sure you have fluids in you and that you havent eaten because of the spinal. Idk my hospital and doctors made my second c section a horror film. But its the same with this one there at midnight scheduled around 9

They have to preload you with fluids so that they can give you the epidural.  They do some test as well and they have to get the room set up and make sure everybody is there.
