So I know the instructions for my birth control tells me to take the pill at the same time everyday, which I don't. I usually just take it whenever I wake up or when I can remember. I used to do the whole alarm thing to remind me but that got annoying. Anyway, can not taking it at the same time everyday decrease its effectiveness?
