What's going on? Possibly pregnant?

I didnt get my period for march , the day i should have got it i spotted for 2 days only and could only see it when i wipe. So yesterday i should have started my period for april and i spotted for 3 mins and gone! I had strong cramping down low and on the right side. Today im cramping down low and on the right side. Anybody can help me?
