I've struggled with weight my whole life. I've always been chubbier, since I was say 5 or 6. I am now 15 and couldn't be more disgusted with my body. I definetley need a change. I've definetley gained at least 25 pounds since my car accident six months ago and I currently weigh in between 180-188.3 lbs. and I'm about 5'3 ( maybe a small bit taller) I tend to eat for comfort and that is trauma habit. and I've almost had it broke, well I atleast do better now. I've recently been faced with some new health issues and am possibly celiac (most likely) is the Paleo diet a good diet to lose weight? if not or even if so any tips would be wonderful! Thankyou so much ladies xxxxx
