Little worrisome

I had a doctors appointment last week and my doctor has told me the baby heart rate was a little slow I had asked her if that was bad and she told me not necessarily she just wants to keep an eye on it I am now 8 weeks and have another appointment coming up I'm trying not to worry but I have heard some bad things about a baby's heart rate being slow how it's signs of a miscarriage anyone have any suggestions
