Im scared...

So I have been dealing with a lot with my ex, he left after I found out I was pregnant and now he's already moved on and don't even care how hurt I am. After seeing that he has hickies on his neck hurt me so bad inside, in 37 weeks and my blood pressure is really high and I will be induced within a week or two and in scared but Idk if I want out should tell him. He seems to not care about me or what happened when I told him how hurt I was he shrugged his shoulders. Every time I think about it my heart hurts and my bp goes up. Should I tell him about the situation? And show him in the room? but I Idk if I can handle that...
