Sex & Depo

I know this question might be in the wrong spot but i need answers. So im currently on depo and sometime last month i bled for a week on and off went to the dr everything was fine. Now that i am at the end i usually would bleed around this time but im nt which is makin me nervous. All last month i had sex maybe twice a week and maybe skipped a week. Most of tha time condoms were used except maybe once or twice. Yestrday i started to notice my nipples are becomin sore im dizzy,diahreaa. No spottin or bleeding. Should i wait for my period to come? Someone help please. I have been on n off depo for 3 years
