How likely is it to...

I gave my boyfriend a hand job and then we just stayed in bed for 10 minutes or so and I was touching his bed and clothes. He didn't ejaculate but there might have been pre-cum. After 10 minutes I went to the bathroom and wiped and now I'm paranoid that there could have been sperm on my hand or something. How likely is it to get pregnant in this situation?
