Advice please

Hello ladies, I'm hoping to get some advice. My last cycle was in February, it's normally about 7 days but this time it went on for 2 weeks instead. Haven't had a period since. I did take a pregnancy test a while ago but it was negative. Do you think that maybe there might be a small chance that I may be pregnant after all? Sorry in advance if this is a silly question.
