Yesterday I was waiting for the bus after school and at the corner of my eye I saw someone walking so I looked and it was this guy, we looked at each other and it felt like my heart stopped fore a second. This never happened to me before and it just happened to be one of my friends ex boyfriend. Many people passed by that day he was the only one to make me feel like that.

I believe in love at first sight because when I first saw this guy (husband now) walk into class I instantly new I was going to marry him no matter how weird that sounds I knew it . I was new at the school and struggling with making friends and he made me feel comfortable and we instantly hit it off. I even told him , "I know you might think this is crazy but I'm going to marry you" . he smiled and said "let's see if it happens". He's a Christian as am I and our first time "hanging out " together was going to church one Sunday and we've been inseparable since , other than when he had to go to basic training and AIT (he's a soldier now). but we are married now and he's the greatest blessing God has ever given me .

Well you obviously liked him but I personally dont really believe in something like 'love at first sight' if you're referring to that.
Why dont you just talk to your friend and ask her if she'd had a problem with you having a crush on him or just be with him.
If she says okay you can go on and talk to him but if she says no- its just not okay.
