Low platelets
Hi Ladies!!
So I am currently 30 weeks and had a Dr. appt yesterday. I was told that I had low platelets, which of course I know nothing about.
The Dr. said they were actually lower in the beginning of my pregnancy and have went up but are still slightly low! I was wondering if anyone ran into this issue???
She mentioned if they are too low during labor they won't give me an epidural, and of course I'm freaking out because I have always wanted the epidural and never even thought of going naturally!
Any one have experience with low platelets, and how was delivery where you able to get the epidural??
