Possible worms? Tmi with pics

I need advice. My fiancé looked after having a BM and saw this in his stool. I dug it out with a fork and put it in a plastic bag so I could look at it better. I can't tell what it is, but we suspect a parasite. I'm freaking out. This is my worst nightmare and we don't know what to do. This is tmi too but I had him spread and I looked at his butt hole and I didn't see any or anything like that. Could it just be a food he ate or something? Should he call a doctor? We don't wanna make a big deal if it's nothing but we don't know. It doesn't and hasn't moved from what I can tell and there was only this, no others from what I saw. He's not really feeling sick. Whatever it is is bunched up from me trying to get it out of the toilet and placing it in the bag. To all those saying its rice, thank you for your input but he has not eaten any rice recently...
