What do i do ?

I missed my period the entire month of march and this morning i had brown spotting and now it is light pink. I did 3 blood test and a hpt in march and they were all negative. Me and my fiance did have sex throughout the month of March... could this just be my period starting ???... could i have ovulated the month of march without my period and this could mean implantation bleeding ?
