Is this normal?

I'm 38 weeks and 4 days and I'm 2cm dialated. Should I be more cm? I don't wanna be induced so I'm kinda worried I won't dialate enough for labour.

With my first I didn't dilate at all until about 30 hours into labor. With my second, I was dilated 2cm for three weeks before going into labor at 39 weeks. No worries.

As far as I was aware you dilate in labour. I was in early labour for 4 days before I was taken into hospital and I was only 3cm when I arrived at hospital at 39+ 6. It increased over the next few hours. I really wouldn't worry about things like that.

I didn't dialate until I was 39 weeks, I was only 1cm then.  I went to 40 +4 days.

You still have a couple of weeks plus u could go over. I wouldn't be worried at all
