Retroverted Uterus anyone?

Anyone here have a retroverted uterus? I'm 25 and I've been having it for about a year now, I've only had one pregnancy and my S/O wants to have a baby in about 2 years. I'm concerned, will I be able to get pregnant? Will it cause fertility problems? Or pregnancy complications? I'm currently on the iud will that worsen my condition?- I've had it for 4 years already. It makes me sad to think I won't be able to give him his baby, my daughter isn't his but he loves her as it she were and he tells me if we can't have a baby, he's perfectly fine with my daughter, but I would love for him to experience the whole daddy new born experience. Ugh does anyone else relate? I feel like I'm the only one 😞
