Pcos with regular periods?

Has anyone else experienced this? I have noticed that I'm experiencing a lot of the symptoms of pcos (unable to conceive, weight gain, facial/body hair growth, cystic acne) but I have a fairly regular 28-30 day cycle. I have my first appointment with a fertility doctor on Tuesday and I feel weird mentioning pcos when I have regular periods. Any advice?

Go ahead and tell your doctor everything. I had one doctor tell me that if you don't meet the irregular period qualification, then you are out. All the rest said that if I had the other symptoms (poly-cystic ovaries, hair), then it doesn't matter if period is typically regular.

You can have a regular period and still have pcos. When I was younger mine was always regular and my SIL who has it also always has a fairly regular cycle.

Mine is normal but when I first started at age 12 it was very irregular now it's perfect comes on time and leaves in time🙃

My cycles are between 30 and 40 days... So very irregular 😜 but just get it tested to be sure!
