Is he worth it?

My guy best friend made the mistake of kissing me almost 2 weeks ago. We told each other we'd forget about it because that one kiss led to making out but i can't and i mentioned it and so did he but i decided finally to forget it happened. But now he never answers my calls and he takes hours to respond to my texts and I feel as if he's avoiding me becuase we haven't hung out since and it kills me and all I feel is an aching in my heart and i almost throw up everyday becuase of it. Is he worth losing my sleep over? Is he worth my tears?
