Stepbrother/Family Friend

So I have this huge crush on my family's best friend who we all call family. I've been knowing him seen I was 7. He's been threw a lot with his ex- girl / baby mama (he white BTW). We've text and talked a lot and one day I told him I was like yeah I really like you. He said I like you to but I'm kinda young. I'm 16 and he's 26. We still talk and he comes over to our house a lot. But he say when I turn 18 where going to get married. He's talked about us getting married a lot and us having kids "but how can I explain that to my family?" is the questions for you all. Would they be upset or accept him. He's an amazing man that takes care of his son and that ratcheted girl. (Also there a pic of him and my brothers)
