Bleeding 36 hours after ultrasound

Hi ladies I'm freaking out. I had my first ultrasound yesterday at 7 weeks. Measured 7 weeks 3 days. Hb of 152. They said everything looked great. I was pretty crampy yesterday as the ultrasound was uncomfortable. But now tonight before bed I had some dark red blood when i wiped. Is this at all normal. It's the weekend now so I have no one to contact. I'm scared. 2 previous miscarriages at 6 weeks and 5 weeks.
