Brown spotting

I just started experiencing some brown spotting. I woke up to go pee, and when I looked down at my panties there was what looked to be blood stains. I put a pad on to keep up with how much and the color, then went back later to pee again, when I wiped there was brown discharge/blood on the toilet paper. I never experienced this with my first pregnancy, and I'm really freaking out. I'm 4 hours from home right now on a weekend trip, and wouldn't be able to see my doctor until at least Monday anyways. Any suggestions on what to do, if anything? I'm just worried that this is the start of a miscarriage since everything has been seemingly perfect so far...no sickness or anything, just being very tired.
