Pimples or Band-aid?

I have a wicked cluster pimple on my right cheek from my period, and I am wondering if it is more noticeable to have the pimple visible or if more people pay attention to a band-aid? I don't want people to think I'm abused or anything. I just have this trick where I put honey on the pimple, cover it with a band-aid and leave it on for several hours. It really helps the pimple but I rarely have time to do this for that long without going into public. Thoughts?
