Chance of pregnancy with perfect combination pill use, and putting on condom every time correctly, and making sure the condom didn't break with filling it with water afterwards? Some times he pulls out with condom sometimes he doesn't. Would that make a difference as well? What are other things I can do to prevent pregnancy with the methods I'm using as well?
