How do you ladies battle headaches?

10 weeks, 2 days here.. I've been getting daily headaches that nothing seems to help. Tylenol doesn't work and I know there's not much else I can take. What do you do to get rid of your headaches that doesn't affect the baby? Thanks in advance, my head thanks you

Lavender and peppermint essential oils in a diffuser. Could also apply typically to your temples.

Lavender eye pillow thing - got it at whole foods. It has rice in it and you hear it up and put on your face.

I do ice pack on my head, peppermint oil, caffeine. I also take Tylenol but like you said, it doesn't help. I was on Imitrex (for migraines) before I got preggo and had to stop when I got pregnant.  I know how bad/annoying headaches can get. Good luck! I don't do all those at once b/c a lot of times I'm at work when it hits.
