Breastfeeding and expressing questions
I'm a FTM and have no clue how it all works!
I'm hoping to exclusively breastfed bubs in the beginning, but would like to stockpile some expressed milk for future use.
How often and when should I express?
Also, looks like most people use bags to store and freeze milk as they take up less space. Can anyone recommend a reliable but affordable brand?
Any other advice would be appreciated 😊
