Changing feelings?😔 (quite long)

I've been talking to this guy for almost 3 months, texting, on the phone and getting really close. He's such a sweetie by giving my a really special valentines with my favourite flowers and everything but the last couple of weeks it feels as if somethings changed. I don't know what, everything seems to be the same but I just feel something has shifted. Like I'm bothering him maybe?🙈 he went out with friends last night until 4am and didn't reply cause obviously he was out but he was on whatsapp basically all night which I found odd🤔 he gave this speech to my friend saying he would never want to hurt me and he wasn't interested in friends with benefits but I'm starting to doubt we should continue talking to each other and just end it. Any advice please?😔
