Tender breasts

So this was my very first symptom even a week before BFP. not so much as PAIN (that's rare but I get it sometimes) but basically nipple area and surrounding really really tender. My dog laid on me and I had to push him off cause it hurt! But I'm 11 weeks and I've had this symptom consistently. Just wondering if anyone else STILL has the boob issues lol.
