Pulled muscle feeling during ovulation?

How do you all feel when you are ovulating? I am on my 2nd round of 50mg Clomid cd 3-7 and I am on CD12 currently. Yesterday while bd it felt a bit painful which isn't normal. Now this evening I have a feeling in my lower right pelvic area that feels like a pulled muscle. Am I ovulating or close to ovulation? I don't use opks, they stress me out but I do temp and I had a big drop in temp today, I had to do it 2 times to be sure it was right, what do you ladies think?
