Early labor scares

Ughhhh you guys are probably sick of my posts this week but it's been a long one with so many trips to the hospital with contractions. The last time I went they told me my contractions were showing up small on the screen and I was too sensitive to them but I know what I'm feeling and something is wrong! They wake me up every night, I woke up at 5 am this morning because of them and can't sleep or do anything because of the pain every 5 minutes. After that visit I left my doctor that's connected to that hospital but I need my caregiver's written referal to get a new doctor at the other hospital (that I hope will take me seriously) so I have no doctor until I can get that worked out. So I'm not sure if insurance would even cover another hospital trip or if I should even bother. It's been days, they were 30 minutes apart a few days ago and yesterday-today are 5 minutes but they're 'small'. I'm 28 weeks I can't go through this until July. What would you do? 😩
