Help!!!

I took a pregnancy test 3 days ago and it was negative and but I decided to take another one yesterday and at first it was showing negative (I check 2 mins after as instructed on the box) so I left it alone and went about my day... I went back a few hours later to wash my face and I noticed a second line?! This happened with our first baby... I don't want to get to excited but I'm hoping it's the same situation... I know the box says to ignore any changes after 10 mins but ahh what are your thoughts...
