Weight loss shakes while breastfeeding?
I'm trying to see if anyone has tried any weight loss protein powder, meal replacement, or slimfast while breastfeeding? My son is 8 months and we still breastfeed and he also eats solids. Just wondering if anyone knows of any good ones for breastfeeding moms!!!
