How long was your Implantation bleeding?
This is my 3rd day.  The test is still positive, and i the 1st two days I had cramps like hell. Is this common/normal? My periods arent as heavy in comparison to lotta women. But this flo is like my periods.

If you already have a positive test, it's not implantation bleeding

If I were in your shoes I'd go to the ER just to be checked out. They say that it's normal to have early pregnancy bleeding and some cramps but I'd go just for peace of mind. Good luck to you.

I'd go to the ER or call the doctor first thing in the morning. I don't think your having implantation bleeding being that it happens before you get a positive test. Any bleeding after a positive test I would question especially if you had pain and it's like how your periods are. Not trying to scare you hun just want you to make sure all is ok.
