I need help! Okay so my gyno said if I take my birth control around a certain time I should be fine (her example was morning time or night time)
But everywhere else I see it says if you don't take it at the same time every day it's not effective. I take my birth control between 7pm and 9pm every day depending when I get off work. is it still effective??? Helpppp!!! I'm concerned now
