I'm 18, 5'7", and about 155lbs (a little chunky) and I need help with my food problem aka wanting to eat it all the time 🙃 I need healthy alternatives for snacks, drinks, meals, anything! I like snacking, but it needs to be something besides popcorn and chips. I drink chocolate milk almost daily. I have started keeping pop to a minimum. I drink water a lot. I exercise when I'm not working 50hrs a week lol besides watching carbs, is there anything you guys could tell me?
