PLEASE GIVE ADVICE!!!

Ok so my boyfriend & I had sex about a week & a half ago (we're very sexually active) & The next morning I saw I developed a bump on my upper & inside of my thigh not even touching my vagina lip. It went away & we had sex again a few days after & the next morning again I found a new one upper thigh, not touching any parts but towards my butt cheek more. Then that went away. We had sex again last night & I found another one almost the same spot as the first one. They are not painful unless i try to pop them (nothing comes out) they feel like just a zit or pimple. They were all 3 on my left side, they don't itch or hurt but does anyone have any clues on what it could be? I switched from Summers eve to vagasil. I don't think that caused it though. I'm nervous, please help.
