I'm starting an 8 week workout challenge at my local gym tomorrow and I am super excited and also extremely nervous. I plan on completely changing my diet as well, but I just wanted to know what your thoughts are on this. Do you truly notice a difference in your sex life, when you're on your period, and in life in general when you've started eating healthier and working out more?? I'm doing it regardless, I just wanted to hear people's thoughts and I'll take any motivation I can get!
